Hey all, sorry it has been a while, I have been working hard but also been slack on any sort of form of communication. In the following week after getting accepted into Steam I realised that the game’s scope wasn’t big enough even though Dead Spawn was initially meant to take 3 months. I realised I was either going to release a bad product but deliver it in a semi-reasonable time or deliver a good product but be 6 or more months over my predicted date. Due to choosing the latter, I have decided to revamp the whole game and add to the boring game I had during Greenlight. Here is what I’ve added:
- Choosing a perk each round (either good or bad)
- Pickups (health, turret attachment, etc)
- Nice looking terrain
- Multiplier/more complex score system

It may not seem like much but I can assure you it’s a whole different game, still simple but much more depth. I may also add a boss and another enemy, another enemy is very likely.
